Project Structure

The management of the center is centralized around The Center Council (or Board). Members of the council were selected based on their expertise during the project preparation. The daily management responsibility can be divided into two parts – scientific and administrative. The scientific agenda is responsibility of Dr. Marian Hajduch, principal investigator of the PerMed: T2BA and director of IMTM who is an internationally recognized innovation leader in the biomedicine field. The administrative part is responsibility of the project manager at the IMTM, who is experienced in financial and process management of applied research projects.
